CAZORA PRIVATE BETA TERMS OF SERVICE Operator: Exander Casanova, the individual operating Cazora Contact: hello@cazora.io 1. WHO MAY USE THE BETA Cazora is an invitation-based beta for U.S. businesses. A person creating or using a workspace must be an adult authorized to act for that business. Each person uses their own account. The workspace owner manages invitations and member access; sharing passwords or using another person's account is prohibited. An invitation or verified account alone does not guarantee workspace activation or access to every feature. 2. FREE BETA AND FUTURE PRICING The invited private beta is free unless we separately present and you affirmatively accept a paid offer. We do not require a payment card for this beta, automatically convert free beta access to a paid plan, or charge you merely for applying. Provider, AI, mailbox, and sending capabilities are separately controlled and may be unavailable. No external provider charge or sending authority arises merely from account or workspace creation. 3. WHAT CAZORA DOES Cazora helps authorized workspace members review business prospects, prepare controlled outreach, track replies, and record opportunities. Features and limits may change during the beta. Search results, contact information, classifications, AI drafts, delivery states, and suggested next steps require human review. Cazora does not promise a particular prospect, verified identity, delivery, reply, sale, revenue, uptime, or business result. A provider's acceptance of a message is not proof that a recipient received or read it. 4. YOUR DATA AND AUTHORITY You keep your rights in the business information you provide. You authorize Cazora to process it as needed to provide the features you choose, subject to the current Privacy notice. You are responsible for having the right to upload, import, access, and use customer, contact, mailbox, and other business information. Do not enter passwords, payment-card data, health records, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information. A Microsoft 365 connection must be authorized by the mailbox or tenant administrator and does not itself authorize sending. Cazora is not a replacement for Outlook; actions in Cazora do not automatically delete canonical Outlook mail. 5. OUTREACH AND HUMAN APPROVAL You must follow the current Cazora Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. You are responsible for the people you choose to contact, your claims, your sender identity, required disclosures, suppression, and opt-out requests. When a sending capability is enabled, each consequential send remains subject to Cazora's server controls and the applicable human approval. Cazora may refuse or stop an action that fails those controls. Automatic replies and follow-ups are not part of this beta unless separately enabled under a later written policy. 6. ACCOUNT SECURITY AND BETA ACCESS Protect your account and notify hello@cazora.io promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may limit or suspend access to protect people, data, sender reputation, the service, or legal compliance, and will explain the reason when reasonably possible. You may stop using the beta and request an export or deletion review through the Privacy notice. Some security, legal, and audit records may need to be retained; no automatic purge or deletion from Outlook, providers, or backups is promised without verification. 7. BETA CHANGES AND ENDING ACCESS This is an evolving beta. We may change or retire features and may end a beta invitation, with notice when practical. Material changes to these Terms will be versioned and presented for new acceptance where required. Ending access does not erase accrued legal obligations, valid suppression records, or audit evidence. If a paid plan is offered later, it will require a separate affirmative decision and applicable terms. 8. BETA AVAILABILITY, LIABILITY, AND DISPUTES Cazora is an evolving, free beta provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Exander Casanova does not make a warranty that Cazora will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or produce a particular business result. This does not remove the specific commitments made in these Terms or the Privacy notice, or any rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible to the other for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the beta, including lost profit or lost business opportunities. To the extent permitted by law, Exander Casanova's total liability for direct damages arising from the beta is limited to $100. These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. They do not excuse a user's obligations to comply with law or respect others' rights. If a concern arises, contact hello@cazora.io so we can try to resolve it promptly. Neither party is required by these Terms to arbitrate or waive the right to bring an otherwise available claim in court. Applicable law and a court with jurisdiction will determine any unresolved dispute. These Terms do not select an exclusive courthouse.
